The prices in the list are quoted PER NIGHT and refer to the single apartment/villa occupied by up to 4 PEOPLE.
For each additional person (up to the maximum capacity of each apartment or villa), you must add an amount equal to:
- 30€ per person per night for a stay in the apartment Guello or Mandello
- 40€ per person per night for a stay in the apartment Varenna or Bellagio or in the Villa Costanza
- 50€ per person per night for a stay in Villa Vittoria
Minimum stay
The minimum length of stay required is of 3 nights in low season, of 5 nights in medium season and of 7 nights in high season, except for LAST MINUTE resevations.
Security Deposit
We ask our guests to pay a security deposit in cash at their arrival. This amounts to 200 euro per
apartment or to 600 euro per villa.
The amount will be returned to you when you check out, after having checked the apartment.

Final cleaning fee
At check out you’ll be asked to pay the mandatory final cleaning fee, that amounts to 100 euro.
