Our staff is ready to welcome you in complete safety! We are in fact equipped with personal protective equipment and have undergone intensive training that scrupulously complies with the OMS guidelines for the hospitality sector and Federalberghi's Covid-19 emergency protocol.

A QUICKER BUT SAFER WELCOME

At check-in, only one member of the group / family will be allowed to carry out all the quick check-in procedures at the Reception and to view the apartment / villa with the Receptionist before the rest of the group's entrance. We remind you that before accessing your apartment / villa, the body temperature of ALL guests (including minors) will be measured. As always, you will also be left with a phone contact, always available, for any need!

CERTIFIED SANITATION AND SANITIZATION PROCEDURES

We carefully follow all the protocols required by the OMS for sanitizing the interior of the apartments and all the outdoor areas, with particular regard to those for common use, such as the solarium, the swimming pool, the barbecue area and the parking. All the cleaning products used are certified according to the OMS Protocol. The pool is sanitized with special products every 2 hours and the solarium area is sanitized twice a day. Even the linen that you find in the apartments is treated and sanitized according to the sanitary regulations. You can find a copy of the certifications of our cleaning and laundry companies on the notice board in front of the Reception.

IN THE COMMON AREAS THERE IS SPACE FOR EVERYONE

In the solarium area we have reserved a private space for each apartment, delimited and equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs spaced 2 meters from each other. This space will be accessible ONLY by the same guests for the length of their stay: in this way you can enjoy the sun in complete safety and above all without a mask! To protect the health of our guests, there are limited admissions to the swimming pool with hydromassage. The use of the barbecue area with playground is available upon reservation, to allow us to sanitize the area before and after each use.
