Information on the processing of personal data (art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003)

Bellagio Village srl in the capacity of Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 ('Code regarding the protection of personal data'), hereinafter 'Privacy Code', hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations therein.

Purposes of data processing: in particular, your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following obligations, relating to legislative or contractual obligations:

  • Technical and Functional Access to the Site no data is kept after closing the Browser;

  • Statistical purposes and analysis of navigation and users.

All processing is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 11, 31 et seq. of the Privacy Code and through the adoption of the minimum security measures set out in the technical specifications (Annex B).

Communication: your data will be stored at our headquarters and will be communicated exclusively to the competent subjects for the completion of the services necessary for the correct management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party.

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of persons in charge:

  • Marketing Department;
  • Programmers and Analysts.

Your data may be communicated to third parties, in particular to :

  • YouTube: Advertising Service, Advertising Target, Analytics/Measurement, Content Personalization, Optimization;
  • Google Analytics and google fonts: Advertising targeting, Analytics/Measurement, Optimization;

Disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the above purposes, to the following countries :

You have the right to obtain from those responsible the cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, integration of personal data concerning you, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code provided in copy below.

Legislative Decree n.196/2003: Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

(a) the source of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;

c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d) the identification details of the owner, the managers and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
