Only 10 minutes walk from our Residence there is a small harbour. There you can take the public boat to reach the most beautiful places of the lake.
Alternatively, you can rent a private boat directly from out our private pier.

Bellagio

BELLAGIO

It is considered the true "Pearl of the Lario". From here you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the lake. And if you're looking for more beauty, have fun exploring the town's historic centre, the Melzi and Serbelloni villas, the Museum of Navigational Instruments, the Torre delle Arti exhibition centre and the Romanesque basilica of San Giacomo.

Vezio Castle

Right in front of Bellagio, connected to the pearl of the Lario by a ferry line, there is the village of Varenna.You can visit the historic villas, botanical gardens, museums, the castle of Vezio, or walk along the paths or embark on a boat trip.

Piona Cistercian Abbey

OLGIASCA PENINSULA

The Abbey of Piona, or Priory of Piona, is an Italian abbey located on the Lecco shore of Lake Como, in the territory of the municipality of Colico. The abbey rises on the extremity of the peninsula called Olgiasca, which extends into Lake Como, forming a characteristic inlet.

Church of Santa Maria del Tiglio

It is one of the most important tourist centers of the high lake of Como. A visit to the beautiful church of Santa Maria del Tiglio and Palazzo Gallio is highly recommended.

Pian di Spagna

COLICO

The municipality is located at the intersection of important communication routes, such as the Lake Como and Spluga Pass road, which connects Milan and Brianza with Lario and Valchiavenna, and the Stelvio road. Visit the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve and discover the wildlife that lives around Lake Mezzola.

Basilica of San Fedele

It is the main centre among those places overlooking the lake. If you love art and history, you can't miss the 14th-century cathedral, the Romanesque church of San Fedele, the Tempio Voltiano, the Civic Museum of Archaeology and the magnificent Villa Olmo. Do you still have some time? Take the funicular towards Brunate and enjoy the breathtaking view.

Church of San Giovanni Battista

COMACINA ISLAND

It is the only island of Lake Como, uninhabited by the time. You can visit the small baroque church of San Giovanni, the Roman basilica of Sant'Eufemia and the Antiquarium Museum, entirely dedicated to the archaeological remains discovered on the island.

Brunate

BRUNATE

The town is known above all for the presence of numerous villas in eclectic liberty style, for being connected to the Larian city by a funicular and for the numerous panoramic points from which you can see the entire western alpine arc, the Padana Plain and the Apennines.

Abbey San Pietro al Monte

LECCO

The town rises on the eastern shore of Lake Como. Here Alessandro Manzoni set his novel "I Promessi Sposi" (The Betrothed). If you come around these places, a tour of Manzoni's places is a must, but you can't also miss a visit to the city centre. Highly recommended is a visit to the Romanesque monastery of San Pietro al Monte with its impressive cycle of frescoes in the basilica.

Villa Carlotta

Villa Carlotta is a building located in the town of Tremezzina in the province of Como and placed on the shores of Lake Como. The villa is famous both for the art collections preserved inside, both for the ample botanical garden that surrounds it, which is a part of the Great Italian Gardens circuit.

Villa del Balbianello

On the western shore of Lake Como, lying in a deep inlet, rises this beautiful village of the Roman era. Villa del Balbianello is certainly worth a visit as it's a property protected by the FAI and the location where some movies were filmed as "Star Wars - Attack of the Clones".
